Privacy policy

Last updated October 2, 2026 · Operated by Four Paths

The short version: Forge 5x5 does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. The app has no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no internet access.

Forge 5x5 (“the app”) is a bodyweight circuit workout app published by Four Paths. This policy explains what the app does with your information.

Data stored on your device

To work, the app saves the following on your phone only:

  • Workout progress: completed workouts, XP, rank, streak, and unlocked workouts
  • Settings: rest timer length, light or dark theme, demo video preference, and whether you have seen the intro

This data never leaves your device through the app. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes it.

Device backup

If you have turned on Android’s backup feature, Android may include the app’s saved progress and settings in your device backup, so they can be restored on a new phone. That backup is handled by Google under your Google account settings and Google’s privacy policy. The developer has no access to it.

Voice coach

Spoken cues are pre-recorded audio clips included in the app. For any phrase without a recording, the app uses your phone’s built-in text-to-speech engine. The app does not record or listen to audio.

Permissions

The app requests only the vibration permission, used for haptic cues during workouts.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.

Health and safety

Forge 5x5 provides general fitness content, not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting a new exercise program, and stop if you feel pain or dizziness.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date.
