You can permanently delete your Life Atlas account and its associated data.
Delete inside the app
- Sign in to Life Atlas.
- Open the account button in the upper-right corner.
- Select Delete account and data and confirm.
Request deletion by email
Send the request from the email address used for your Life Atlas account so we can identify the right account. Requests are completed within 30 days. We may verify your identity first, to prevent someone else from deleting your account.
If the button does not open your email app, write to privacy@fourpaths.ca with the subject “Life Atlas account deletion request.”
