Pillars
A progressive journey through yoga, guided one stage at a time.
Highlights
Guided Hatha practice
Spoken sequences with pose illustrations, alignment cues, and breathing cues, so you can follow along without looking at the screen.
Start where you are
A short experience check suggests a starting point. From there you move through named stages at your own pace, never against a calendar.
Practice that resumes
Pause and resume sessions, choose a guidance voice, and keep a history of what you've practiced.
Calm by default
Light and dark modes, accent themes, and a quiet interface designed to stay out of the way of the practice.
About Pillars
Pillars is a guided yoga practice app. Its first pillar, Sādhana, is a progressive journey through Hatha yoga: begin with movement, breath, and awareness, then deepen your practice and understanding at your own pace.
Sessions are spoken, so your phone can rest on the mat while you move. Stages are the landmarks of the journey; practices within a stage are positions, not deadlines.
Practice safely, work within your own limits, and skip anything that doesn’t feel right for your body.

Help test Pillars
Pillars is in closed testing on Android. Google Play needs a group of testers to stay opted in for 14 days before an app can launch publicly, so every tester genuinely helps.
