Introducing Forge 5x5: five moves, five reps, five rounds

A voice-coached bodyweight circuit you can do anywhere, with no equipment, no sign-up, and no internet connection.

Forge 5x5 is built on one rule: every circuit is five moves, five reps each, five rounds. It’s short enough to do on a busy day and structured enough to get harder as you do.

Built for the floor, not the screen

One move fills the screen at a time, with a demo and a big Next button. A voice coach calls out each move, round, and rest, so your phone can lie on the floor while you train. Rest between rounds is a countdown you can set anywhere from 15 to 90 seconds. Did more reps than prescribed? Adjust the count before you tap Next, and the finish screen shows your extra work.

Heats to unlock

You start with Kindling. Finish a heat to unlock the next, from Heat 1 to Heat 5, each one mixing burpees, push-ups, squats, lunges, mountain climbers, and more.

Progress that means something

You earn XP for every round you finish and climb through the ranks from Rookie to Regular, Enforcer, Boss, and Legend. There are badges for milestones like First Strike and Clean Sweep. Your forge guide, Bram, marks first wins, unlocks, and new ranks, then stays out of the way while you move.

Nothing to sign up for

Forge 5x5 works fully offline. There’s no account, no ads, and no analytics. Your progress and settings stay on your phone, and the only permission it asks for is vibration, for haptic cues. The privacy policy fits on one screen.

Forge 5x5 offers general fitness content, not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting a new exercise program.

Where it is now

Forge 5x5 is in closed testing on Android. If you’d like a five-minute workout habit, ask to join the test.
