Pillars is a guided practice app. Its first pillar, Sādhana, is a progressive journey through Hatha yoga: begin with movement, breath, and awareness, and deepen your practice and understanding at your own pace.
Practice without looking at your phone
Sessions are spoken. Each sequence comes with pose illustrations plus alignment and breathing cues, but the voice carries you through, so the phone can rest at the edge of the mat. You can choose a guidance voice, pause and resume, and skip any pose that doesn’t feel right for your body that day.
Start where you are
A short experience check suggests a starting point, whether you’ve never practiced or you’re returning after years away. From there the journey moves through named stages. Practices within a stage are positions on the path, not deadlines. There’s no calendar telling you that you’ve fallen behind.
Progress you can see
Pillars keeps a history of what you’ve practiced, so coming back after a gap is easy: it remembers where you were. Light and dark modes and a handful of accent themes keep it calm to look at.
What we keep, and why
Unlike most of our apps, Pillars has accounts, because your practice history and progress need to follow you between devices. We keep analytics to fixed choices and counts, never your journal entries or notes, and you can delete your account at any time. Payments for the membership are handled by Google Play; Pillars never sees card details. The privacy policy lists every service involved.
Pillars offers general wellness education, not medical advice. Work within your own limits.
Where it is now
Pillars is in closed testing on Android, with iOS planned to follow. Google Play needs a group of testers opted in for 14 days before an app can go public, so if you practice yoga, or want to start, joining the test helps a lot.
