Task lists are good at telling you what’s next and bad at telling you why it matters. Life Atlas is an attempt at the missing layer: a personal operating board that keeps today’s actions connected to the longer arc of your life.
Four connected layers
- Roles are the identities you’re actively living: parent, builder, student, friend.
- Arcs are sustained, multi-month directions of effort within those roles.
- Quests turn an arc into concrete work.
- Evidence is proof that something actually moved.
That last layer is the heart of it. Each quest defines what would prove it moved, so progress becomes a record of real outcomes rather than a feeling of being busy.
Protect your capacity
The Today view makes capacity visible. It shows how many emotionally heavy arcs are live at once, which decision has the most downstream reach, and what actually moved. Chapters let you see archived, current, and emerging horizons, so a season of your life ending is something the app understands rather than a pile of unfinished tasks.
AI only when you ask
When you want a synthesis, Life Atlas can generate a short operating brief from text you select. Nothing is sent automatically, the app tells you what will be sent before you choose Generate, and your email and account identifiers are never included. Suggestions stay proposals until you accept or dismiss them.
Private workspace
Each account is a separate, private workspace hosted for the app; no one else can see your atlas. There are no ads, and the data is never sold. You can delete your account and everything in it from the in-app account menu. The privacy policy explains exactly what is stored and what the AI features send.
Where it is now
Life Atlas is in closed testing on Android for adults 18 and over.
